Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

At Cold Pyro Fireworks, we are committed to providing you with a seamless and reliable shipping experience for your orders. Please review our shipping policy below for all the necessary information regarding the shipment of your products.

Cold Pyro, Fan Wheel Pyro, DMX Controller, Fog, CO₂, etc.– Usually 5–7 working days for pan-India delivery (if in stock). Express shipping can be 2–3 days in metro cities.

You’ll receive a call/WhatsApp/email confirming your order details (product/service, date, venue, and requirements).

  • For products: advance/full payment generates an official invoice.

  • For services (like balloon blast entry, cold pyro setup, etc.): a booking advance is taken, balance is payable before/at the event.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
  • If the product is damaged, defective, or not working on arrival, we will arrange a replacement or full refund after verification.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

We use reputable national courier services for shipping your orders. These services come with a tracking option for your convenience.

  • Free Delivery on orders above ₹50k (you can set your own limit).

  • For orders below the free shipping limit, a standard shipping charge of ₹50 – ₹100/- kg applies (depends on product size/weight).
